Terms
These terms cover what you get when you buy from humanside.ai, and what we expect in return.
What you are buying
A seat at a live online session, a recording of that session available for 7 days after it airs, a bonus pack, and a community invite. If you add the course, you also get access to the course library for 365 days from your purchase.
Access is time-limited
Replay access ends 7 days after the session starts. Course access ends 365 days after you pay. These windows are stated before you buy and enforced automatically. Access is personal to you — accounts are for one person, and sharing a login or a join link may end your access without a refund.
Refunds
You can have your money back within 7 days of purchase. Email [EMAIL] and ask — you do not need to give a reason and we will not put you through a call. Refunds are returned by the method you paid with, and your access ends when the refund is issued.
Recording
Sessions are recorded so that everyone who registers gets the replay, and clips may be published afterwards as marketing. Your camera and microphone stay off unless you choose otherwise, so nothing you say in the chat is required to take part.
Founder’s Lab
The Founder’s Lab is sold by application, not at checkout. Applying does not guarantee a place, places are limited each month, and we may decline an application without giving a reason. Terms specific to the engagement are agreed before any payment is taken.
What we do not promise
We teach a method and build something real in front of you. We do not promise that it will make you money. See the disclaimers below.
Your content
Anything you make using what we teach is yours. The course videos, templates, and prompt packs remain ours — you may use them in your own business, but not resell, republish, or teach them as your own.
Changes and cancellations
If we have to move or cancel a session, we will tell you and you may take a seat at another session or have a full refund. If you cannot make it, the recording covers you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. [LEGAL ENTITY] is the contracting party.
Earnings disclaimer. We make no guarantee of income or results. What any business earns depends on its market, its offer, its pricing, and the work its owner puts in — none of which we control. Examples shown are what those specific businesses did, not a promise of what yours will do.
Not affiliated with Meta. This site and this training are not part of Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and are not endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in any way. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
Third-party names. Product and company names mentioned in the course or on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We reference them to teach the tools. Naming a tool is not a claim of partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement in either direction.
7-day refund. If the session is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full. No form to fill in, no call to sit through.
What the tools cost. Everything we teach can be learned on free tiers — you will not need to spend anything to follow along. If you go on to publish and run the result commercially, expect roughly ₱0–₱4,500 per month in third-party tool costs, depending on the stack you choose and how much you use it. Those costs are paid to those providers, not to us.
