Privacy
This policy explains what humanside.ai collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Who is responsible
[LEGAL ENTITY], of [ADDRESS], is the personal information controller for this site. You can reach us at [EMAIL].
What we collect
- Your email address, because that is how you sign in — we email you a link instead of storing a password.
- Your name and mobile number, which you give us at registration so we can reach you if a session moves.
- Your orders and access — what you bought, when, and what it entitles you to.
- Lesson progress, if you mark lessons complete.
- Your email address alone, if you ask to be told when the next session is scheduled. That list is used for exactly that and nothing else, and every message has an unsubscribe link.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider, VeritasPay; we receive a confirmation that a payment was made, the method used, and the amount. Nothing more.
Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), VeritasPay (payments), Resend (email), and Zoom (the live session). We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else is kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account and we will, except for the order records we are obliged to retain.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, object to how we use it, or have it erased. Write to [EMAIL] and we will respond. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the National Privacy Commission.
Cookies and advertising
We set a session cookie so you stay signed in. That one is essential and does nothing else.
We also advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel to see which ads lead to actual registrations. It records that a page was viewed, that a checkout was started, and that a purchase completed, and it associates that with your Meta account if you have one. It does not receive your name, your mobile number, or your payment details.
If you would rather not be measured this way, you can turn off off-Meta activity in your Facebook settings, or block the pixel with any standard content blocker. Nothing on this site stops working if you do — registration, payment and your course access are unaffected.
